I cannot describe the gratitude I have for Denise, just cannot describe it!  I had the one-on-one training session last May which was helpful, especially to me as I do not have an Australian background. The training on how to apply for the flight attendant position gave me an insight to the Australian cabin crew culture. It was like taking me out of the fog and guiding me to the right track. The manual is extremely handy as well and I always referred to it before each interview. Denise was so caring and encouraging and told me to NEVER GIVE UP. I will remember those simple words forever. The follow up service is excellent too: I always got a phonecall from Denise before and after each interview. She helped me analyse what I did well and where I could improve.
