• When the Typhoon Signal 8 has been hoisted prior to the start of the course, the course will be cancelled. All course participants will be notified. When a Pre-No. 8 Signal is issued before the start of the course, the course will be cancelled.
• If a Black Rainstorm Warning has been issued before the commencement of the course, the course will be cancelled
• If the course has started when the Typhoon signal 8 has been hoisted all courses will be immediately cancelled.

• After the course has started and the Black Rainstorm Warning is reached,  the  course will continue.     

• In the case of cancellations due to inclement weather, alternate courses will be arranged.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Please be at the lecture room 10 minutes before the start of the one-day Class. Please ring Carol – 92056653 if you are running late or unable to attend.
• If an individual needs to cancel, an alternate class will be arranged. Each situation will be assessed independently. Please refer to FAQ’s for more information.
• If a course is cancelled, an alternate date will be arranged as soon as possible. If an individual  is then unable to attend the alternate class, a refund or credit may be issued depending on the circumstances of the  cancellation. Each situation will be assessed independently.
• Individuals registering with RFTS Aviation Services Ltd are required to inform the RFTS Aviation Services staff of any changes of personal information and personal contact details as soon as possible.

• Personal data of participants will only be used for purposes relating to enrolment, statistical analysis, individual follow-up and support, emergency contact and surveys.

• Videotaping, audiotaping, photography or any type of recording is prohibited during any course activity.
• RFTS Aviation Services Ltd. reserve the right to use photos, videos and/or sound recordings of participants taken during courses conducted by the RFTS Aviation Services lecturer without limitation or reservation in future promotions and advertisements, without compensation.
• Course handouts and details discussed in each lecture are for private use only. The Flight Attendant Career and Interview Preparation Manual issued to each participant has been copyrighted.
• The graphics, images, characters and programs are the property of Reach For The Sky Aviation Services Limited under the protection of Trademark Law and related Copyright Law and nobody can download, copy or reuse without consent. Trademarks in the information published on the website are the property of the trademark owner under the protection of Trademark Law.

Please note that a refund will not be given on the purchase of any of the Reach For The Sky Aviation Services Ltd. books or manuals.

• RFTS Aviation Services and the Regus Business Offices will take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Participants are responsible for informing the RFTS Aviation Services office and the lecturer of any allergies or injuries before a course commences.

• Morning /afternoonTea: Tea and coffee is provided free-of-charge.
• Toilets and washrooms: Are available within the Regus Business Office centre.
• Mobile Phones: Are to be switched off whilst classes are in progress.
• Lunch Facilities: There are many restaurants available in Terminal 2 and are only a short walking distance from the lecture rooms.
